Request Information on Group Programming at Heifer Ranch

All programs except tours require 50% deposit and signed contract within 21 days of booking; remaining 50% due two weeks prior to arrival. Full payment of tours required two weeks prior to arrival. Contact the Ranch Booking Office by calling (501) 889-5124 to make changes or inquires.

Your requested program or date is not guaranteed until the Heifer Ranch Reservations Office confirms availability and receives your contract and payment. The Ranch Booking office will contact you to confirm availability and begin the booking process. See required minimum group size and adult to youth ratio (below) for all group programs:
